Why this helps

How the calculation works
Annualized salary ÷ (hours per week × weeks worked per year). A weekly salary uses 52 weeks and a monthly salary uses 12 months; the working-weeks input affects hours.
Example: AED 60,000 a year over 40 hours and 50 working weeks is AED 30 per hour.
